  • Is it possible to place custom made orders?

    It is always possible for us to create personalised products for you.  If your order requires particular additions that cannot be found on our site, please contact our customer service service team who will guide you through our multiple choices of format, cuts and personalised finishes.

  • How long will production take?

    Once our team has verified the technical conformity of your file, your order will be filled within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery time of your order will depend on distance and the internal policies of the selected transport company.

  • What production stage is my order at?

    EMEDIA Print will send you an email at every stage during the production of your order.

    Once your order has been received by our team, you will receive 3 different emails that will inform you of what stage your order is at.

    1. First, an email will confirm that we have received your order at our offices, and will be handled immediately by a member of our team.
    2. Next, an email will confirm that your file has been validated.  Your order will then be filled within the next 5 to 7 business days.  In the event of technical difficulties with your file, you will receive an email requesting you modify the aspects that do not comply with the necessary specifications.
    3. Finally, an email will confirm the shipping of your order.  Your order will leave our offices that day, and depending on the method of transport chosen, you may be able to track delivery via the tracking number provided.
  • How do I modify an order after having concluded a transaction?

    Once your order has been sent through our transactional website, the only way to modify it is to contact our customer service team at 1-844-480-5757, info@printemedia.com. Be sure to have your order number on hand.

    However, once your order is in the production stage, it is not possible to modify it.

  • Is it possible to cancel my order?

    It is possible to cancel your order only if it is not in production. We will charge you on your credit card a $ 25 cancellation fee + a 10% variable fee from the total order for the administrative time and paypall transaction penalty. From the moment the production of your order is started, you can not cancel it and all production costs will be billed.
